Central Park

☀️ Central Park, the flagship park for the City of Millbrae, had not seen any renovations in over two decades. The City of Millbrae came to SPEC looking for an updated, inclusive, turn-key playground solution. In partnership with Gates and Associates, SPEC designed an 8000 SF state-of-the-art inclusive playground complete with a 20' Tall Berliner climber, and expansive Burke towers for both 2-5-year-olds and 5-12-year-olds, endless fun, and modern seating. and lots of swinging and spinning options. With a big focus placed on shade for the sunny California space, this project is the epicenter of the community.
